2-3 Golden Square
Art Acumen was invited to propose artists for a site specific commission for the reception of 2-3 Golden Square. We guided a large stakeholder group (agents, building manager, client and investment manager) through a two stage selection process, and worked with the artist to propose options for the space.
Carlin’s paintings are inspired by things she collects and spaces she experiences. She strives to represent ideas of impermanence, transition of life and Space.
Carlin Graduated from Chelsea College of Art and Design, MA painting 1998. In 2008 she was awarded the Abbey Painting Award, which led to an artist residency and fellowship at the British School in Rome. During the past decade she has exhibited in London, France, Rome and is represented internationally by several prestigious dealers.
