We operate with a core team of experts augmented by Associate art consultants, curators and producers, appointed on a project-by-project basis to advise and help deliver our bespoke art programmes. The team also expands to an established network of specialist art partners, including fabrication companies, fine art handlers, installation technicians and lighting consultants.
Managing Director, Catherine Thomas has twenty five years’ experience as an art consultant, managing collections, commissioning artists and delivering visionary art programmes for a broad range of clients. With a background in both fine art and design she devises original and workable solutions that can articulate stories and ideas whilst integrating seamlessly within internal and external spaces. Catherine leads on all projects and steers the company’s strategy and overall direction.

Curator, Sarah Daniels graduated with a first-class Fine Art and Art History degree, before gaining experience with public and commercial galleries. Sarah curates temporary and permanent collections for our corporate clients and helps deliver the supporting art engagement programmes, including programming artists talks and workshops, content for digital platforms and printed catalogues.

Curator, Jo Howe has over fifteen years’ experience managing corporate collections, advising clients on artwork rental programmes and producing audits for large collections. Jo holds a BA in History of Art from The University of Bristol, with previous roles at Bonhams and art consultancies in London and Sydney. Jo manages our art audit and valuation work..

Creative Producer, Bev Milward has a background in arts management and is an established practicing artist. She has extensive experience curating and delivering exhibitions and events across the arts, including established exhibitions such as the International Ceramic Festival, where she curates the guest exhibition and serves on the Board. She leads on Art Acumen’s public art community engagement activities and delivers bespoke creative events for our public art programmes.

Senior Art Technician, David Franco has over eight years’ experience managing art installations for corporate spaces, galleries, large exhibitions and high-end retail. Meticulous in planning and solutions David will produce RAMS for each project alongside the operating, lifting and handling certificates as required. David and his team are professional, efficient and work with the upmost discretion.

Associate, Becky King has been creating and delivering engaging and effective brand communications for over 20 years. She cares deeply about her clients’ brands and the impact that well considered brand communications can make. Becky helps them bring their values to life and create a deeper, more meaningful connection with their audience. Becky leads brand consultation during our discovery stage.
Associate, Devon Nocera has a background in communications and brand partnerships with companies including Moët Hennessy, La Prairie and Vogue. Following her passion for art, Devon earned a Master’s degree in Art Business from Southerby’s Institute of Art where she wrote her dissertation examining the impact of artificial intelligence and the art world. Devon advises on Art Acumen’s technology based art commissions and art communication strategies.
